Keith has been leading transactions for clients for over 20 years.

He predominantly works with private company owners and management teams on company sales and private equity transactions.

Notable recent deals include the investment in Huws Gray by Inflexion; the sales of Lyndon Scaffolding to US-based BrandSafway and Steelite International to US-based PNC Riverarch Capital; and the management buy-outs of Synseal Extrusions, NRS Healthcare and the sales of Electric Center, Williams Medical Supplies and Jackson Building Centres. Keith is a member of our Industrials and Construction sector teams.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Keith spent his initial career at the successor firms of PwC and Deloitte, including a three year period in the Far East, operating out of Hong Kong.

Married with two daughters, when not supporting their hockey exploits from the side lines, he enjoys a round of golf and 'endures' being a Notts County supporter.

Outside of work, he is a non-executive director of a listed Venture Capital Trust, a member of the East Midlands Bank of England Advisory Committee and, until recently, a Governor at Trent College, a leading independent school in the East Midlands.
