Robert is a Vice President at Alantra and has eight years' experience in finance, debt advisory and M&A.

He is involved in delivering a wide range of transactions including company acquisitions and disposals, MBOs and fund raisings, acting for private equity clients, corporates, management teams and private business owners.
 
Robert is a member of our Business Services sector team and has worked with a number of companies in the sector such as Foster + Partners, the world renowned architectural design practice. Other recent deals include the investments in ReBOUNDSLR Consulting and Global Freight Solutions; the growth capital investment in CitySprint; and the sales of McNicholas to Kier plc, Gardman to Rutland Partners and Thompson & Morgan to BVG Group.

Prior to Alantra, Robert spent four and a half years at KPMG in audit and corporate finance where he advised on a number of buy and sell side transactions. He qualified as an ACA in 2012 and has a degree in International Business with Spanish from Loughborough University.
 
Away from work, Robert is a keen sportsman and particularly enjoys rugby, tennis and skiing.
